Exercise is more fun when you are confident in correct form (and it works better and hurts less, too!). Start here to learn proper form and technique from which you can progress with better results and lower injury risk. May include: body weight movement, resistance bands, Ground Force Movement, TRX and kettlebells. Start low and go slow. Transition from this class when you are ready, or skip it if you have previous training.
