Your body is the best machine! In B3, see what it can do for you in this class that utilizes various modalities to capitalize on body weight movements. These are compound, functional movements that give logarithmically accelerated results compared to traditional isolated movements that translate into real-life practical function. Once you are comfortable with the FUNdamentals, this class is scaled to your level, whether it is to remove limitations or achieve an elite athletic contest. Equipment used includes body weight, sliders, battle ropes, sled, turf, kettlebells, and TRX. There is some dumbbells but this class is different than our Strength & Conditioning class. This class can be done everyday as the weights are not so heavy that a recovery period is necessary for all.
